This is not pay for publishing so you will not have to pay us anything to publish your work. We have a limited number of publishing contracts available. We accept all genres and categories for submission. Our acquisition team will respond within 2 to 8 weeks with our decision. If you have found this page then we believe that your work will have some merit so we will offer you a book contract based on how we feel we can help you. We will edit and/or proofread, typeset, cover design, credential (ISBN, LCC when necessary), Market and Promote your work at our expense. We will pay you 40% of the book sales and keep 60%. You will never owe us any money even if you don't ever sell a book. Therefore, you should submit your material today. Submission Guidelines

**YOU MUST SUBMIT ALL MATERIALS AT ONE-TIME, IF FILES ARE TOO LARGE THEN YOU CAN SEND MULTIPLE EMAILS BUT IT MUST BE DONE ALL IN THE SAME DAY** Missing information may result in delays from our acquisition team.
1. Email your full name, author pseudonym (if applicable), email address, regular mailing address, and phone number.
2. Email your referral code (mandatory). YOU CAN ONLY SUBMIT ONE WORK OR MAIN DOCUMENT PER REFERRAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MULTIPLE WORKS UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN SPECIFCALLY ASKED BY AN ASSOCIATE TO SEND MORE THAN ONE WORK. If you do not have a referral code click here.
3. Email a brief bio (paragraph or less) of yourself. This information will appear on the back or inside cover of your book and promotional material.
4. If you choose, email 1 (only one) clear high resolution photo of yourself to be included on the book cover and/or any promo material. Head shots from neck up are more professional. This is not required, you have a choice to include your photo or not.
5. Email your document (.doc or .txt format only) and Images, if any, (.jpg or .gif only). This document will be edited and/or proofread, typeset and structured for the correct book printing format. If you are sending images they should be compressed and at the highest resolution allowed for .jpg or.gif formats. Please send us your best work. Our book production department weighs in heavily when it comes to the decision of acquisitions. If your material requires an incredible amount of pre book production work in order to get it ready for print then this will go against you so just be sure to send us your best organized work possible and we will take care of the rest.
6. Email this Books Works Questionnaire (.txt) with your answers about your document. This will give you an opportunity to suggest title, cover ideas, price, and give any inside input about your book. All final creative decisions will belong to our publishing team so make sure you fill this information out so your input can be taken into consideration.
7. We will evaluate, review and send a contract within 2 to 8 weeks. If we need to contact you we will do so by email and/or phone so please provide permanent information.

Q: Why Publish a book?
A: You may want to earn extra money, fulfill a dream, enhance your career, or teach a subject but whatever the reason may be you should know that publishing a book is a great American tradition. Presidents, Politicians, Educators, Athletes, Professionals and Business Persons from various industries as well as everyday ordinary people from all walks of life have found social, economic, personal and professional gratifications from book publication. It is time for you to leave your impression on the world. There has never been a better time for you to submit your material to Trade Publishers. We accept all categories for submission.
Q: Can you provide more information about Trade Publishers?
A: You may read about us and our philosophy here.
Q: Will my book be published under the Trade Publishers name?
A: No. To protect the integrity and quality of an individual's intellectual property, we publish and distribute under a wide variety of original imprints and/or labels under the Trade Publishers umbrella. In other words, you will have an original imprint or label name so there will be no negative association with your imprint or label because of another published or distributed product. Therefore, your work will never be associated with off-topic material or material that may be controversial in nature.
Q: Why should I publish with Trade Publishers?
A: We do all the work for you. You provide us with the information requested in the above submission guidelines and we do the rest. If you are accepted for publication then we will edit and/or proofread, typeset, cover design, credential (ISBN, LCC when necessary), Market and Promote your work at our expense if its is required. Some collectible and professional books are for specific purposes and may not require certain marketing and promo. You should have confidence in our marketing and promotion because it sets us apart from the competition and this is why we offer a limited number of book contracts during any given time to give special attention to the books we publish. As experienced professionals, we know the significance of having marketing and promotion. You can have the greatest book ever created on a subject but if no one knows about it, it will never sell. Thousands and thousands of books are published every year but few get the attention of their target market. Remember, we have a vested financial interest in your success so we will maximize all marketing efforts to make your book a winner.
Q: What type of book can I publish?
A: We accept all categories for submission. Fiction and Nonfiction books should be at least 10,000 words or at least 75 pages. Poetry books should include at least 20 poems. Photo and coffee table books should include at least 25 high-resolution images. Children's books are flexible. This is just a basic idea of the minimum contents needed to make a book.
Q: Do you publish cookbooks, children’s books and books that include images like photo books, coffee table books?
A: Yes. As stated, we publish all categories of books. These types of books are a tough sell on a large mass market scale but in certain circumstances can be very lucrative and financially rewarding to the author and often times it enhances the author's social and professional status.
Q: Can I submit multiple works?
A: No you may not. YOU CAN ONLY SUBMIT ONE WORK OR MAIN DOCUMENT PER REFERRAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MULTIPLE WORKS UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN SPECIFCALLY ASKED BY AN ASSOCIATE TO SEND MORE THAN ONE WORK.

Q: How will you market and promote my book?
A: We use conventional and unconventional methods for marketing and promotion. Every book will have a different marketing strategy. Our efforts include press releases, spot cable tv advertisement, broadcast tv ads, print ads, online ads via google, yahoo and adbrite, one piece flyers and sale sheets to the trade (bookstores, libraries, etc...), direct and automated phone calls, opt in emails, post cards, events, shows, and signings as well as little known secret techniques you acquire from being in the publishing business for many years.
Q: Where will my book be sold?
A: This depends on the type of book you have. We sell direct to the consumer via top level domains and our books are made available via Ingram Book Company's LightningSource, the most reputable demand-driven distributors in the industry, (it is our distribution source) so your book(s) will sell at Amazon.com, BN.com, Booksamillion, target.com, walmart.com and more online retailers, as well as available for order in bookstores through Ingram. We also reach the Public Library and Academia markets via Baker & Taylor.
Q: Do you guarantee to offer a book contract to me?
A: No, we do not. Your chances are pretty good with us but we must evaluate all submissions before we offer a contract. You may read our philosophy HERE
Q: How long does the submission process takes?
A: After you submit to us per the above submission guidelines, you should allow 2 to 8 weeks. We will let you know either way.
Q: Do I have to pay in order to have my book published?
A: No. We are not a pay to publish company. All monies we spend to produce your book, market and promote your book will be at our expense and will be deducted from future book sales. You will never owe us any money even if you don't ever sell a book.
Q: Do you pay advances? How much money will I earn from my book?
A: Typically no advances are given. In rare and unusual circumstances we pay an advance but typically no advances are given. We pay royalties one time per month, 12 times per year for all sales made during the previous month. We pay the author 40% of all sales of his/her book. This is an exceptional percentage for the book industry. We believe in partnering with our authors and what better way than to offer a high royalty percentage. This way you will consider us with your next project and we can build a long lasting prosperous relationship.
Q: How Can I trust Trade Publishers for payment?
We have been in business since 1995 and online continuously since 2002. Your payments will be reported and made accurately and timely. We use third party verification services such as Nielson Media's BookScan and/or distributor and/or processor reports.
Q: Can you guarantee my book will sell millions and be a bestseller?
A: Absolutely not. We do not promise anything but the fulfillment of our book contract that we offer you. No one in our organization should ever promise you that. If you sell millions then that would be ideal and great for us because we have a vested and financial interest in your book's success but WE DO NOT PROMISE a best seller.
Q: Will my book be a Paperback (perfectbound) or Hardback (casebound)?
A: We publish books as Hardbacks and Paperbacks. In the case of your particular book, our publishing team will make the decision and it will be outlined in the book contract offered to you.
Q: Can I see a copy of the book contract?
A: No. All book contracts are offered on a case-by-case basis. You will receive a contract 2 to 8 weeks after you submit your work and we have accepted it for publication.
Q: Where do you print books?
A: Our books are printed in the U.S.A. We have a variety of contracted vendors in the continental U.S.A. We believe in keeping jobs right here at home.
Q: What about the book quality?
A: Our books are printed with the utmost quality and care utilizing premier industry standard quality guidelines ensuring environmentally friendly, long lasting durable books.
Q: Can I see a book sample?
A: Our books are standard high quality books as you would find in any library. We protect all of our clients published works with original imprints and do not provide book samples to those seeking submissions. We provide book samples only to reviewers and people in the industry for purposes related to book publication.
Q: Can I speak with a client or get a referral?
A: We understand the importance of this request but because we must protect our interest and clients' privacies, which includes competitor fishing, we can not provide this information to anyone. However, you should find comfort in knowing that you do not pay us to publish your work. We will do all the legwork at our expense and fulfill our obligations under the book contract we offer you. We will have a vested interest in your success. So we take all the risk and will be honest, fair and sincere with you at all times.

Q: Can I speak to someone over the phone?
A: As we do not accept unsolicited material we do not accept calls. All works must be submitted by a licensed agent, attorney, recognized manager or referral via one of our associates. This policy is purely for legal reasons and the fact is that if we did not have this policy, which is a common policy for companies in this industry, we would be inundated with submissions and unable to tend to the day-to-day business of the company.
