Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
-manage fiction and nonfiction titles from manuscript to bound book
-supervise freelance copyeditors, proofreaders, and indexers
-maintain high quality
-meet schedules; create efficient workflows and timelines
-work directly with production managers, designers, and editors within the company.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum 5 years' book production experience and outstanding verbal, written, and computer skills.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Job Description:
In this role you will design marketing materials such as: ads, sell sheets, brochures, coupons, direct marketing programs, menu flyers, banners, point of sale posters and table tents, invitations, and name tags. May also include logo artist design and some packaging design. You will: coordinate printing, work with vendors, create final art files for production and see projects thru to completion. You will create presentations for internal and customer presentations used by Field Sales team; maintain graphics and photographic files and/or digital records of materials; keep files updated and keep Materials Catalog updated.
